Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. They explain what KEPTRA provides, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you - including that nothing on the site is financial advice.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KEPTRA, the website at keptra.app and its related services, including the dashboard, the public API, the MCP endpoint and the embeddable widgets (together, the “Service”). KEPTRA is operated by an independent developer based in Romania (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You can sign in with Google, with X, or with your email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your password and your sign-in account secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@keptra.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

One person may not maintain more than one account to get around plan limits or a suspension.

3. What the Service provides

KEPTRA collects publicly available data about Layer 1 blockchains - from the networks themselves, their explorers and public data providers - and presents it as metrics, charts, rankings and scores, including the Keptra Score. Figures are refreshed on a schedule and can be delayed, incomplete, revised by their source, or temporarily unavailable.

We may add, change or remove features, metrics, chains and data sources at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell subscribers in advance where we reasonably can.

4. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Scores, rankings, cost estimates, yields and every other figure are informational, depend on methodology choices and third-party data, and may be wrong. Cryptoassets are volatile and you can lose all of the money you put into them.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

5. Plans, subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered on a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro currently costs $14.99 per month or $134.99 per year. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

  • Merchant of record. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and seller of the subscription. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms, and your card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy, never by us.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your profile, through the customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel beforehand.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Public API, MCP endpoint and embeds

You may use the public API, the MCP endpoint and the embeddable widgets within the rate limits and plan allowances published on the Developers page. API keys are personal: keep them secret, and do not share, sell or publish them. We may revoke a key that is abused or leaked.

When you display data from the Service in your own product or website, keep the attribution the widgets include or credit “KEPTRA” with a link to keptra.app. You may not present the data as your own original research, or resell bulk exports of it as a competing data product.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the Service outside the public API, or get around rate limits, plan limits or access controls;
  • attempt to probe, breach or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure or other users' accounts;
  • use the Service to break any law, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering laws, or to track, harass or target other people;
  • reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service or any substantial part of it, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • manipulate community features such as sentiment polls, for example through multiple accounts or automation.

Wallet Trace shows public on-chain activity. Use it for research, due diligence and security work, and not to identify, stalk or harm private individuals.

8. Intellectual property

The Service - its software, design, texts, methodology, the KEPTRA and Keptra Score names and logos - belongs to us or our licensors. Underlying blockchain data belongs to no one and remains freely available from its sources. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service as described here and nothing more.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to third parties, including blockchain networks, explorers, data providers, sign-in providers (Google and X) and our payment provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the Service or its data will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure or fit for a particular purpose. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, trading or investment losses, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service or from reliance on its data.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid anything.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@keptra.app. Deleting the account cancels any active subscription.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, or where the law requires it. Unless the breach is serious or the law prevents it, we will warn you first. If we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current billing period.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you may cancel and close your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Romania. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued; you can still contact your national consumer authority. Before starting any formal dispute, please write to us - most problems can be solved quickly.
